SKIN STRUGGLES #1

Understanding your skin is the first way to analyze your skin. Knowing when and why can explain certain skin problems such as a pimple coming out of nowhere. Why did it happen? The first step is understanding whether your skin is oily, dry, sensitive, hyper-pigmented, or combination/normal skin types.

So where do you fit in? Well below are all the skin types, which does your skin act more like? Please remember that ALL SKIN TYPES ARE AFFECTED BY ENVIRONMENT!

  • Oily Skin Type: Skin tends to have excess oils on the face that shines bright like a diamond! Pores are enlarged, clogged and can allow dead skin cells to build up. This skin type can suffer from acne, pimples, and blackheads.
  • Pro Tip: please use Product because we need to ensure that we are using proper ingredients to ensure that pores are being cleansed, exfoliated, toned, and moisturized to ensure a healthy skin PH balance.
  • Dry Skin Type: Skin tends to lack the oils which can cause a rough, itchy, and dull appearance. Skin is more prone to fine lines and less elasticity in the skin. Pores are almost invisible to the eye.
  • Pro Tip: please use this product to ensure the proper moisture back into the skin. This will prepare your skin for a glow! We need anti-aging protection due to less elasticity and powerful antioxidants that can nourish the skin to a dewy glow!
  • Sensitive Skin Type: Skin tends to be easily irritated and more reactive. They also suffer from redness, rashes, itching, and burning when using harsh products on the skin. this skin type is also prone to breakouts, sunburns, and can become dry.
  • Pro tip please use this product we need to focus on delivering nourishment and antioxidants into the skin without the use of harsh ingredients.
  • Hyper-pigmented Skin Type: This isn’t technically a skin type but it is a skin condition that is harmless. But nevertheless, a lot of people suffer from this so we’re going to talk about it. This skin type tends to suffer from patches of skin that are darker than the surrounding skin. The skin does create pigmentation that is called melanin. And when hyperpigmentation occurs it can be due to age spots, acne scarring, freckles, or a darkened area of skin.
  • Pro tip: please use this product that can help combat and reduce the appearance. This does take time though and it is an investment in your skin. With consistency, you can make it a thing of the past.
  • Combination/Normal Skin Type: This skin type tends to be neither dry nor oily on the cheeks. The T-Zone tends to be oily though. Normal skin is even, balanced, and isn’t too dry, oily, or sensitive.
  • Pro Tip: please use this product skin prone to t-zone oiliness with alpha-hydroxy acids and powerful antioxidants to support healthy cellular turnover, reduce oil, and fight the signs of aging.
